These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Unity Systems website at unitysystems.com.au, operated by Dailye Pty Ltd ("Unity Systems", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover your use of the website only. Any IT, cyber security or automation services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between us and you.

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about and enquire about our services. You agree not to:
- use the site in breach of any law, or for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security;
- introduce viruses or malicious code; or
- scrape, harvest or collect data from the site without our written permission.
2. The information on this site is general only
The content on this site (including information about cyber security, the SMB1001 standard, and our services) is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal or security advice, and it doesn't take account of your specific circumstances. Our 2-minute self-check, the free Security Scorecard and any other free assessment, scan or check are self-reported or high-level indicators only. They are not a technical audit, a certification, or a guarantee that your systems are secure. You should obtain advice tailored to your situation before acting on anything you read here.
3. Intellectual property
This site and its content (including text, design, graphics, logos, and the "Unity Systems" and "Kevin" branding) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
4. Forms and submissions
When you submit information through the site (for example, the contact form or the Security Scorecard), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're authorised to provide it. We handle the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may decline to respond to, or act on, any submission at our discretion.
