As your IT and security partner, we set up automation and AI on a secure, managed foundation (the right access controls and the right data boundaries) so you get the productivity without handing your business information to tools you don't control. That's the difference between a quick AI experiment and something you can actually rely on.
- A person checks anything that touches money or clients. Automation drafts and sorts. A human approves the payment, the advice or the letter.
- Your data stays in tools you control, and isn't used to train someone else's AI model.
- AI output gets a human read before it leaves the building. AI can sound confident and still be wrong. Lawyers in Australia and overseas have been caught filing cases that don't exist (what happened).
- Decisions about people are written down. From December 2026, the Privacy Act requires businesses that use computer programs to make decisions that significantly affect people to say so in their privacy policy. We'll tell you if anything we build falls into that (the privacy changes, explained).

It can be, if it's rolled out properly, with the right data controls so it only sees what it should. We help you decide where it genuinely pays off for your business and set it up safely, rather than switching it on and hoping.
Is AI safe for my business data?
It can be, with the right setup. We keep your data inside systems you control and lock down access, so you get the upside of AI without quietly exposing your business or breaching the Privacy Act.
What kinds of things can you automate?
Anything repetitive and rules-based: quotes, client onboarding, invoicing, approvals, reporting, and moving data between your apps. If your team does it the same way every time, it's usually a candidate.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We design the automation around your existing process and run it for you. You get the time back; we handle the plumbing.
How long does an automation project take?
It depends on the job, so we scope it on the discovery call before you commit. As a guide, the law firm in our case study went from manual registry searches to a working automation, tested and with staff trained, in one week. We'd rather ship a small win quickly than run a six-month project.
Will AI make mistakes?
It can. AI writes fluently even when it's wrong, which is why anything that matters gets a human check before it goes out. We use AI for drafting, summarising and sorting, and rules-based automation (which does exactly the same thing every time) for the jobs that have to be right.
What tools do you build with?
Usually the ones you already pay for. Microsoft 365 includes Power Automate, a light automation engine that's easy to overlook (more on that). Where a job needs more, we connect your existing apps rather than asking your team to learn a new system.
