Live protection

Protection you can see, counted every hour.

Most IT companies ask you to take it on trust. This board shows what we’re doing right now, across every business we look after. The numbers come straight from Kevin, the portal we run every client on.

What the numbers mean

Six numbers, in plain English.

Each one is a total across every business we look after. Here’s what it counts, and why you’d care.

Threats blocked

Threats our security tools caught and stopped in the last 30 days.

Why it matters: each one is an attack that didn’t turn into a bad day.

Software up to date

Pieces of software on our clients’ computers running the latest version, security fixes included.

Why it matters: out-of-date software is one of the easiest ways in.

Services backed up

Business services, like mailboxes and shared files, with a backup in place right now.

Why it matters: if something is deleted, locked up or lost, it comes back.

Security controls monitored

Individual security settings Kevin keeps checking, mapped to a recognised security standard.

Why it matters: if a setting drifts, we see it before it becomes a gap.

Multi-factor sign-in enforced

Accounts we manage that need a second step, like a code on a phone, to sign in.

Why it matters: a stolen password on its own isn’t enough to get in.

Backups in place

Of everything that should be backed up, how much actually is.

Why it matters: no “we thought that was covered” moments.

How we count

Honest numbers, or no numbers.

A board like this is only worth something if you can trust it. So it follows five rules, and it never shows sample data.

  • Totals across all our clients. Never one business on its own, and nothing that could identify you.
  • Sent from Kevin every hour. The time at the top shows when they last arrived.
  • Rounded down, never up. A plus sign means at least that many.
  • No guessing. If too few businesses sit behind a number, we hide it.
  • Never stale. If new numbers stop arriving, the board goes blank instead of showing old ones.
Your own numbers

That’s everyone. Your Kevin portal shows just you.

Every client gets their own Kevin portal: a live score against a recognised security standard, what’s protected, what’s left to fix, and the plan to get there.
